Golden crumbed local black pudding with Ballymaloe chutney 

Grilled Pear & Walnut and Cashel Blue Cheese Salad

Cashel Blue Cheese, Grilled poached pear & Caramelised Walnuts on organic house salad greens, dressed with Balsamic & Wholegrain mustard dressing 


Espresso of Roast Butternut, Carrot & Nutmeg Soup

Garnished with chive garnish 


Grilled Irish Hereford Beef Rib Eye Steak

Confit Garryhinch Forest Chestnut mushrooms, garlic & parsley butter, served with Jameson Whiskey pepper sauce, blanched seasonal greens and gratin potato

Grilled Mayo Atlantic Coast Monkfish Fillet Skewers

Marinated in garlic & lemon served with Connemara Mussel & Lobster Bisque crème, blanched seasonal greens and gratin potato

Honey Basted Roast Half Duck
