Our Health Suite area is the perfect way to finish off your workout or to simply help you relax & unwind. This excellent facility which includes a Sauna, steam room & Jacuzzi offers a peaceful ambience so you can let the heat & steam melt away your stress.

A sauna not only makes you feel good, it’s good for you. Whether it’s the physiological changes that occur in the warmth of a sauna, or if it’s simply the time spent in the calm, still retreat of the sauna, all who use our sauna agree itt feels wonderful! As we go through our daily stressful lives, the sauna provides a pampering retreat—where we can relax and restore body and soul. A sauna truly makes you “Feel Better”, “Look Better” and “Sleep Better”.

Benefits of using the Steam Room

A steam room uses a steam generator that produces heated water vapour to fill the cabin to a certain temperature. The warm temperatures inside the steam room causes skin pores to open, body metabolism to increase and subsequently results in the sweating process. Again time spent in the calm helps us feels wonderful as we go through our daily busy and stressful lives.

Benefits of using the Jacuzzi

A Jacuzzi can be an effective way to treat sore muscles and joints. The water jets inside the tub allow for a high-pressure hydro massage that you direct to specific parts of your body simply by moving around and adjusting your body to receive the full force of the water. When running at full intensity, the jets can provide similar to a deep-tissue massage, which can help soothe aches and pains.

The health suite area is available to all persons over 16 years.
